These trucks are notorious for warping rotors, so clean the wheel mounting surfaces before torquing the lug nuts. The best tool is
3M 07547 or 21758 (no apparent difference) or one of the many copies (OTC 8342, OEM 25742,
Hub Buddy 37330 or
Hub Buddy 1340M, Counteract SBCT13...).

The rear axle flanges, and the inner & outer surfaces of the brake drums are equally important to reduce wheel runout.
Then torque the lug nuts to 100 lb-ft, and retorque after 500 miles to fully seat lug studs. BEFORE DRIVING, pump the brake pedal to seat the pads against the rotors, and recheck the fluid level in the master cylinder.

Dana 44IFS uses 10 lug studs D6TZ-1107-A ('83-96)
Ford TIB axle uses 10 lug studs F4UZ-1107-A ('94-96)
