I'm reuising my old DAYSTAR Polyurethane body mounts because they're still in perfect condition. But to prevent rust & squeaks, I'm gluing the poly body mounts to the frame this time. I'll apply silicone grease everywhere the sleeves touch them, and fill the sleeves with anti-seize so they don't hold as much water. On some, I'll also slot the bottom bushing or washer to allow water to drain out instead of sitting inside & rusting the bolts away. The bolts & sleeves will be primered/sealed, and painted.

For the past ~20 years, I'd have sworn that I bought Energy body mounts. But in 9/14, an Energy rep told me they're Daystar. Turns out there's an error in the Energy molds, which they're supposed to be fixing.
