September 1998 - true dual exhaust Yes, true dual exhaust can be done on a full size Bronco. The setup is: True dual exhaust, 2.25" stainless steel pipe, Hedman Hedders full/equal length, 2 (1 on each pipe) Summit high flow converters, and 22x4" chrome tip echo cans. You'll notice that the pipes run down the passenger side of the vehicle, the converters are staggered to fit correctly, and the exhaust comes out the back on each side of the frame & tow package. Yes, exhaust comes in when the back window is down, but when the rest of the windows are down it isn't as bad. Oh yeah, it's also LOUD. Don't let a shop tell you it can't be done. If they say it can't, that means they don't want to do it, find another shop that will. |
