img_81381.jpg I used the old thin-gauge aluminum mockup panel as a template and traced the holes and outline onto this sturdier 16-gauge steel.  I actually scribed a perpendicular and used that to make exact mirror images (as best I could) in hopes of eliminating errors in symmetry.  A saber saw and a 1.5" drum sander on my angle grinder made it relatively easy to get nice holes.
