I am about to replace my gas tank due to it leaking (pinhole/rust), How do I find out if it is a 2 inch or 3 5/8, it is an 88 bronco 302 eddie bauer. I found 2 tanks at advance for $99. any tricks or advice? Thanks Ike |

You can actuallly feel the lock ring if you climb under your rig and reach up over the rear diff. I'm pretty sure that you have the 3 5/8" one. But, it's not that hard to check.
