i am having an open house this weekend to show the property to the different clubs. this is so that i can gauge interest, get suggestions, and start some cash flow.

im not charging to come out and wheel on the trails left by the loggers and to see the property.

there will be wheeling. it is this saturday starting at 9 am and this sunday starting at 9 am.

i havent set a date to start cutting trails. maybe in about 2 weeks ill decide to allow the building.

i spent every dime i had, so im trying to get a 200k loan so that i can have cash to turn things back on and get things in line so i can lock the property and also have some needed ammenaties.

i also have to have everything signed and insurance started before cutting of trails start. i want to be covered.

id also like to have a small dozer there when trails are cut, to make some cool comp trails.

if you have questions, call me at 573 346 2995, or 573 216 0471

i know it is fenced off right now. i left a couple messages with the dep. of constapation so that i can see who to talk to. i can be eligable for a 100k grant if i meet their guidelines, and they might let me build trails on the property, since the only access is through my property. since i can regulate the usage, they moght let me use it. im hoping and crossing my fingers.
