I picked up a used '94 Caprice Classic with the LT1 350, single exhaust. My question is ........... how does one know if the car has the Police Package? It does have the front/rear sway bars and doesn't float going down the road. The single exhaust has thrown me off. I'm not sure if the old owner went the cheap way and went back to a single exhaust when he replaced the system. Is there a way to decode the VIN and perhaps tell that way?
