hello everyone i am looking to put in a nice center console in my 05 crown vic, i need it for my job so i am looking to have scanners and switch box. do you have any ideas at all? i have been online but i have not seen anything i like. i was looking for some one that has already built one and can give me the details so i can build one. well let me know if you have any info thanks everyone for reading. |

I found an older model "Jotto Desk" console on ebay. The top front-most area has an adjustable slider notebook mount. Very well built and priced over $600.00 when new I think. I cleaned it up and painted it with a durable flat black wheel paint and love it in my 2003 CVP. The new units look "chinsey" and cheap. I would shop around for what fits your needs. As I have installed switches and radio units and many inline fuses, I would not want to be switching units now! Good luck in your search. |
