Does anyone know where I can get a Light color wood grain Burl steering wheel that will incorporate the air bag and all other compoents...just want to replace the wheel leather is breaking up |

Right now there is noone I know of including Alliance Technology that has an Excursion "Limited" wood and leather wheel. I've been looking for a couple of months and here is what I have found:
1) Exoctic Wood Dash will do "MY" wheel for $299 + Shipping, but I would be without a steering wheel for some time.
2) AutoSports USA will ship me a "plain" wheel that will not take me controls so they would hang until they reworked my wheel. All at there cost.
3) Alliance technology will do "MY" wheel for $499+ but I would be without a wheel.

i'v seen them sell for around $170. they will send u the new one with a $25 core charge. u send your old wheel back and they will send u your $25 back

I have found the LIMITED wheel which is different from all other Excursion wheels because of the controls in the steering wheel. B & I Trim make the wheel (Part # AW1044) but only well to companys. ExoticWoodDash.Com now sells the wheel for $399 ($100 more than any other wheel!!  GoldPlated.com also sells the wheel. You could always send it to Phoenix-image.com they seem to be a very nice company to do business with. All of the companys will put new leather (your choice of colors) and make the top and bottom part wood (or not) it's up to you.
