Just thought I would introduce myself. Just bought a 2003 Limited with the V10, 4.30,4x4. Its actually my second X. I had a 2001 that I bought at a repo sale but resold in days to make some cash, I regretted it since and had to get another. Here are some pics. It won't look like this in a few days, the wife, kid, and I are leaving for Vegas tomorrow night. 3,000 mile round trip!

Thanks for the welcome guys! The X was great on the trip, we ended up putting on about 3300 miles and got what I think is great mileage. According to the little trip computer we averaged 14.4 but my calculations show 14.7. Either way that is way better than I expected and includes some 4x4 and alot of full throttle Vegas driving. Anyway the X was great, I cannot think of a better vehicle to make the trip in.

Here is the X in the river bottom at Moab, beautiful country and amazing vehicles.

Nice pictures, beutifull setting, and by the way, Cool truck! Welcome .
I think we should post some of our trip experiences and pictures for everyone to see. Maybe some back round on a good trip that some of us might want to experience. We don t always have to post tech and fix-its. How about some ideas folks? Tech is good, but i pictured myself and my family in our X in that last picture. I'm sure that a lot of you people have some knock out pictures and experiences that we all would enjoy. It might even help you plan your next trip.

Steak and Shake !!!

Should have seen the lines when they opened some here in the DFW area !!!
ALMOST as bad as the Krispy Kreme opening - except fewer police needed to control the traffic !

And my wife and I were at BOTH of them !

Actually you wanna talk about a line is when Chik-fil-a opened the new location here in Far North Garland next to the SuperTarget and Wal-Mart Supercenters

We've got Steak and Shakes here there and everywhere around us just don't get the time to stop in as much as I should

Chick-Fil-A !!!
You kidding me - we've had them (well one!) in the big metropolis of Mansfield for two years !

My wife thinks I'm crazy, but I could get one of them for lunch every day !
