Anyone know what ODBII stands for? I found this in the 2000 Excursion manual. It is fuse #3 along with the "Cigar" fuse. My cigarette lighter is not working!! I found a blown fuse. replaced it. Still doesn't work. Not that I smoke, I just would like it working for my cell and all........... |

I think I found it!! It stands for ON BOARD DIAGNOSTICS. It is the "plug" located on the dash below the steering wheel. I still don't know why my cigarette lighter is not working..?? |
