Hello All,
I decided I was go to order and test the APC titan silver bulb for my clear front markers lights.
The bulbs are silver coated so they look silver (mirror like) when off and appear like normal amber marker lights when turned on.

Here is a picture of a of the bulbs off:

Here is a picture with the bulbs on:

I was very disappointed to see how dim the Titan bulbs where. The stock bulb where much brighter. The silver coating reduce the brightness too much. This maybe why the Titan bulbs are not street legal. This is something else I learned only after I placed my order.

I think I'll stay STOCK!

I went with the Sylvania SilverStar brand and am very pleased with them so far. Just my .02.

Yea, sort of. really hard to describe. I have them in a set of clear lenses and have gotten many favorable comments. Again, not saying THIS IS the way to go. Just trying to help.

If you don't mind put a picture in your album with the lights on and off.

Thanks

Gen-X, I finally got the new pics posted. The pics in my opinion, do NOT do the bulbs justice. They are brighter than they appear in the pics. Even in the sun they seem brighter then the old stock complete amber lense. I've seen them while my wife was passing the other way, we run at least our parking light at all times while driving. They also have the high-end look while off/parked in the clear lenses. My suggestion, go get'em and try'em.
