Hi

Recently I have been getting an unusual hesitation or skip between 1400 rpm's and 1600 rpm's, especially when cold. I have also been hearing a noise that sounds like a vacuum leak between 1200 rpm's and 1700 rpm's, anyone experienced these symptoms ?

Jay,
Welcome to the site. I hate to answer a question with a question by here you go....

Q1: 7.3 or 6.0 PSD?
Q2: Is the engine at N.O.T Normal operating temp.
Q3: The skip, does it happen mostly at stop signs and traffic lights? or doesn't really matter, meaning even in the middle of the road on dry pavement.

Thanks
