just wanted to report the solution to a common complaint I've read about....I had an annoying thunking under the drivers feet everytime I went over a bump.....there have been all sorts of reports of similar noise on this and other forums....reports of fixes range from body mounts to tie ends. In my case, the noise went away after the new front sway bar was installed.

My guess is the right side swaybar end link was tapping against the inner frame rail, well that's what it was doing with our Excursion.

Mine has been in the shop (dealer) for 4 days now. They have replaced many items under that engine area. the last item was saybar bushings. Seems the F350's have the same problems.

That's what has been circulating around lately is the sway bay bushings have been going belly up but what I had found early on with our Excursion is the bar was sliding side to side with the drivers side end link slightly tapping the inner frame rail, but the fix for that is arriving soon

Can you get it in to the dealer so they can replace the sway bar bushings?

For owners out of warranty the number for the sway bar bushings is Ford part YC3Z-5484-BA and if upgrading to performance polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension the bushing # is 4.5180G
