Well I finally got my gauges installed along with a MBRP Exhaust. I know I've seen the max temps and boost numbers on here 100 times but i'm having no luck with the search tonight so a little help would be appredciated alot!
I put the egt sensor pre-turbo and basically followed the dieselmanor.com install sheet except i used autometer gauges.
I did the gauges on the pillar, theres a pic here, i think they turned out really nice.
I also just did a 6" lift with 35" tires & 20" rims if any of that matters.
I use my truck for DD during the week about 60 miles a day RT and tow my appx 4000# jeep around on the weekends.

The Excursion looks great Brandon!  For the 6.0L's I'd keep the Maximum EGT's around 1,250-1,300 and the normal Maximum Boost psi's will be around 28-30 stock but can go as high as 35+ with a tuner or hot chip.
We'll hafta hook up in mid-late May when we're in Gilbert to check out your 2005 X if your around

With mine I see 26 or so max stock and as hig as 32-33 wiht the SC 1704. EGT's I've never seen higher than 1100 "maybe". As CHPmustang said though, hotter modules and maybe a couple of tuners can get you much higher EGT's

Yeap Brandon we'll be taking the Excursion out west in May-June 
In late April I'm going to work on organizing a get-together and hopefully our plans don't change a week before we leave here like they did this past January
