Hey everybody,

I'm new to the site and a new "X" owner. So far I love it but my only problem is my wife is getting more seat time. Is this normal? I think it's great that there is a site that I will be able to learn from the "X"perts about my "X". I'm looking forward to it.

Hook up a switch to shut off power to the electric seats( If you don`t have elec., jam something in the track so it can`t move forward), That`s what I did. I said it was broke, can`t fix. I don`t think she believes me Welcome to the site Fred, fellow flatlander.

Glad to have you, Fred. What are the specs on your X? Gas, diesel, 4x2, 4x4, etc?

Hint: if you put the specs in your signature then we can offer more specific help when you have a question. Otherwise, you will have to type in the relevant information when you post.

As long as you are in the seat when the wife jumps in, I don't see any problem.

Dave.

Thanks for the welcomes. I think I'm going to like it here. You guys seem to be very helpful and have a sense of humor to boot.
