I have replaced all of the coil packs and plugs about two months ago. The truck has been running great until recently, after driving through a rain storm. Slowly, even after thing have dried out, the engine now has a miss that gets worse as the engine warms up.
Any ideas? Coil packs? Any sensors that may have been exposed to the rain?
Thanks for any help anyone can give.

I haven't done the coils myself, but I would double check everything that was disturbed during the previous work. Or if your old coils were working properly put them back one at a time, checking for the miss after each one.

I will concur with Jerry. I've heard of fellas swappin' out thier COP and plugs only to develop a miss. After searching the always find a loose connection, one or more not seated properly and even defective COPs.
Why did you replace all you COPS?

I changed plugs twice now, and the truck seem to have lost the "ummph" that it once had, I have checked all the coils and she just seems flat-that is about the best way I can say it. I have never had a problem when I changed anything, just check all the clips on the coils to make sure they are clipped in!

Scott--ideas are to improve performance check/replace--fuel filter, obviously air filter, check throttle body and clean if needed and the most used Ford service code at the dealer--replace or clean the IAC valve (Idle Air Control). It's very easy to do. I agree that you must have a loose connector to the COP, Were any plugs possibly damaged during insertion?
Just some thougts..Good luck !
