The cord/plug should be tied behind the passengers side frame mount area of the front bumper.

It's behind that front bumper somewhere. Mine was on the passenger side behind the fog light, and I needed long sidecutters to clip the wire tie before I could get it out the front. I found it by looking up from underneath the bumper.

I must say that I always use the block heater anytime the temperature drops below 10 C (50 F), as the 6.0l diesel starts up smoother and the cabin air is warm almost immediately.

The cord is installed on Powerstrokes originally sold in the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Missori, North and South Dakota, and Wyoming. Did you take new vehicle delivery in Canada? If so it should have the cord installed as you're north of the border.

Sometimes the cord is zip tied up pretty high you may have to remove the grille to access it from the top.

Additional areas to check;
Pass side in bumper below radiator.
Just curbside of the passenger side towhook.
Possibly between radiator and grill/bumper by passenger side foglight(if equipped)
Quote:
Put your hand in through the passenger side tow hook hole in the bumper. Feel/look to the right and up a bit. There is a black ribbed wire loom sheath folded over on itself and tied with a black tie-wrap. The plug itself has a black plastic cover snapped on it, which has a restraining strap that goes around the wire loom. If you cut the tie-wrap, you can bring the plug down to the level of the hole to get at it.

I have the 6.8L gasser and have the block heater. On my truck it was zip tied near the drivers-side headlight.

I can't speak for the V10's or the 5.4's but I know the 7.3L PSD was ziptied to the drivers side tow hook area and the 6.0L PSD is on the passengers side tow hook area.

It IS hard to see...
I actually found mine only when I pulled the grill off to do my 9005 bulb upgrade for the fogs...
it's a black cord, with a black zip tie, in a dark corner running up the front of the radiator support on the passenger side....

SOME MAY not have the cord, but all 6-ohs have the heater - the cord can been bought @ Ford.. or online

He took delivery in Canada which his 6.0L should have come with the cord.
