Is there a difference between the 2004-2005 factory rear wing and the pre-2004 wings? Just curious, was considering buying one, but cannot find pictures to compare...anyone have a link so I can see the difference?

Looking from the outside it's all the same 00-05 but I know some years got the little fall off easy black rubber thingys that seat on top of the doors when the hatch is down.

If you're buying it for looks.....
go for it... MY bud had one that looked cool from ford...
but for any other reason, it is a waste of time and money

Ditto! Had one on my '01 and all it accomplished was to cast shade over the CHMSL. |

Center High Mounted Stop Lamp. CHMSL.
However, most people here in the real world call it the "third or upper brake light".

Ace--one thing to think about is that you are mounting this to the top of the rear window wnich is fiberglass. I bought one and then got chicken because (1)-I was scared of cracking the fiberglass and (2) I would probably have to to give up going through my favorite carwash as the heavy felts would likely rip the wing out of the fiberglass.
