It's been like that for a while and I'm just now getting the where-with-all to do something about it. Where should be the first place for me to look? I need to change the filter so I figure I might as well go digging for the leak unless, of course, it's from the filter-housing

Usually it is the fuel filter housing gasket, however, I just had a leak and it was coming from the same area...turned out one of the high pressure fuel lines had rubbed a hole in itself, on part of the intake, just to the front passenger side of the filter housing. It was pooling in the intake manifold area and dripping down underneath.
Your problem is likely one or the other, a gasket or fuel line, neither a big deal to fix. |

Thanks for the replies, guys. It'd been so long since I posted this I had forgotten about it. It was my filter cap. Replaced the filter and properly cinched the lid. Problem solved!
