Hey Ken, how much do you tighten these guys. I had a guy at a garage put them on originally. I tightened them as much as I could yesterday with a crescent wrench and the vehicle is much more stable. Anything I should know??

Thanks

David

David - I'm going to speculate that the chosen garage did not follow the installation instructions to the letter, particularly the part where it mentioned being very important ... tightening the nuts on boths sides of the large bushings. Tightening of those nuts is ceased when resistance is felt because the cup-washers are then bottomed-out against the spacer tube inside the bushings.

My hope is that when you tightened them, that you did so with equal turns on both sides of the bushings ... that you tightened the forward nuts the same amount as the rears. If you no longer have the instructions, send me an e-mail, and I'll reply with a copy.
