HVAC Problem

I did a cursory search but did see anything. My friends 05 excursion v10 is having hvac probs. When you switch on full a/c, the front vents blow out swelting hot air but if u turn on the rear air its ice cold. Im so confused what could be causing this, please help

Wheres the blend door actuator on these things

One thought. I don't know if these are vacuum operated. If so, check all those dinky vacuum hoses and they do break down sometimes. Have no clue about the actuator. Sorry Good Luck
