Has more than 101,000 miles on the clock. Basically a good solid ride with pleanty of power, but it has a few quirks. Its check coolant and check engine lights are on most of the time, and it occasionally misses under medium accelleration. After its most recent trip to the shop to fix cooling system and steering problems, its radio, clock, dome light and trunck light stopped working. Fuse check did not disclose any burned out units. So it needs another trip to the shop!
On the other hand, it has been very reliable so far. Even when the water pump crapped out, the engine suffered no additional damage. I have driven two round trips from California to Kanas, and I still surprise a rice rocket now and then. |
