Upgraded to an rv cam, flat top pistons, performance rockers, injectors, summit shorty headers, MSD ign/coil/wires, new rad.
6L bump,
Drivetrain: E4OD, stock gears, stock TTB axles

6" procomp stage II suspension lift, 35"x12.5" Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ, on 15"x10" aluminum rims, K&N air charger system, MSD igntion/coil/wires, JVC deck, MTX Everyting-Speakers, 400watt amp, 12" sub, Completely Redone Interior, Custom Winch Bumper, 2x6" & 2x8" Procomp Offroad lights, 4x halogen rock lights, Dual exhaust, No cats, Dynaflo muffler, just put in a new sunroof!
Notes: i bought it because i needed more interior room.
Once i found out about http://www.fullsizebronco.com i was hooked.
ever since finding that website, i've been replacing and upgrading everything thats weak on these old ford trucks.

Yearly applications of rust check have produced a thick layer of oil spray coating on everything in the engine bay.
The K&N cold air intake, was the first mod i did, when i bought my truck.

half done the interior,...
- grinded down and repaired all the rust spots on the floor.
- primed the floor with rust inhibitor
- applyed 2 coats of spray-on truck bed liner.
- layed down 2x new sheets of cardboard pressboard (2' x 4')

I taped my cardboard template FIRST to the inside of the cab and drilled 2 holes in random locations.
THEN, alined my two drilled holes, and taped my cardboard template to the top of the roof.

Measure and Check 99 times, that everything looks rig...

top view after cutting.

my cut was perfect! the only triming i had to do was 2 milimetres in the bottom left corner.

i pealed the tape and insert a cardboard wedge as much as i could between the metal in the cut surrounding.

i recommend inserting a cardboard insert, or simular material, to maintain the gap inbetween the 2 peices of sheet metal.

after installing the headliner temporarily, i mounted the plastic insert ring to see what it would look like.
AMAZING!!!
it was nicely centered, and just enough room for the sun visors to fit.

time to mark the line around with a felt pen and tak...
