After removing the seat and separating the bottom from the back, I was able to move the new cushion into position for the OE seat cover to fit well. I had to put in a little bit of the foam in order to fill out the sides. Nothing that is going to mat...

This is my OE cushion with some foam that I installed. It worked ok, but it still wasn't right. The left side of the cushion was so collapsed it was going to be tough to fix. With some time and patience, I probably could have gotten it right.

The new cushion was about 1-2 inches longer than the OE so I had to trim the bottom.
