img_0001.jpg Even the best breaks eventually.  I'd been trying to trace the belt squeal for about 6 months.  Eventually it started to sound like metal on metal bearing noises. I grabbed the Saginaw's pulley and noticed it moved in and out a good 3/16". Mystery solved, problem detected.
