Was all set to install 6 double tube fluorescent fixtures (480 watts total). Tried the new 100 watt equivalent twirly bulbs (23 actual watts each) in the construction sockets. Guess what ? Forget the fluorescents ! I'm sticking with these (and only 138 total watts for the whole garage!).
