i have a 1994 ford crown victoria lx and none of the windows roll down or up??? i have checked the fuse and its still good, you can hear the motors turn when i hit the switch but nothing happens, none of them are off of their tracks either?? a few of them could be missing parts but i dont know what parts those would be? some help would be greatly appreciated, summer is coming around and i cant tint my windows til i get them fixed. good thing a/c works

First, check with RockAuto.com for the parts available.

Sounds to me like the regulators may have died; the cables broke or came out of track. Forget about reseating them in the tracks. By the time you get that done, you will have taken them completely apart, and will be lucky to reseal them properly so they will work. (Tried that one by mistake.) Look online for tutorials on removing the regulators. It's not as hard as it seems.

Once the windows start to slowly open because the cables aren't supported, you will end up with lots of air leaks. The only way to stop this is replace the regulators.
