Posted:3/17/2011 17:30 The 2004 Crown Victoria is in theft mode. For what reason I don't know. The Ford Specialist says if one key works and the other key does not , you have a bad key. But if both keys don't work them replace the Transceiver and I did and the dam car still is in theft mode. The transceiver does not need programming according to Ford. HELP HELP HELP
