I have a 1984 Lincoln Town Car. It has CFI on it, and I have been considering swapping it to a carburetor. I am planning on using a Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, a Performer 500cfm carb, a mallory dual point distributor, and an Edelbrock Performer Plus cam shaft.
What I would like to know, can I use the stock in the tank fuel pump for this project with a fuel pressuer regulator? Or should I use a mechanical fuel pump? What about connecting the TV, and kick down rod for the AOD?
Anyother advice that I could get on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
