I have a 2003 Crown Victoria Police Intercepter with just over

100,000 miles. It has an oil cooler just below the radiator. I

have not been able to find anything about the oil cooler in the

factory shop manual. Can someone tell me where that info is

located in the manual? The hoses that feed the oil cooler were

leaking, so I replaced them. Now the hose seals are leaking oil

again. I suspect there is some restriction of the oil flow inside

the cooler. Do the oil coolers ever need to be cleaned out? If

so, how would I clean it?
