Just bought a 90 gt turbo a/t with 63,000 miles from original old lady owner. Just developed a problem after 2 weeks. After warmed up and driven a while, it will not restart right away say after coming out of a store. Sometime will start if you touch or floor gas pedal? Original owner said this
happened to her last summer, never in the fall or winter, then again in the late spring. Also while running/driving say at a red light, the rpms at times will suddenly rise (1100 rpm in drive 1500
rpm in neutral). Upon acceleration it stumbles, bucks, runs rich and smokes from exhaust and
at times has stalled. It then clears up and runs great. I went to the junk yard and swapped out the
air floww meter (vane meter) and map/bap sensor with same results. I also got a distibutor but have not installed yet. obviously it's tempurature related. Anyone ever had this problem? The car
is too nice to give up on just yet. Help. kenschultz61@yahoo.com
