20220729_155049.jpg After pulling the LHF suspension off, I found the steering knuckle bent through the upper caliper bolt hole. The torsion key pad [url=https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-adjust-cover-insulator-6l5z5b335aa]isolator (6L5Z5b335AA)[/url] is degraded to the point of crumbling when the key was removed. It's not available separately from the ~$40 pad, so I may make one from a polyurethane sheet.

The torsion key pad isolator (6L5Z5b335AA) is degraded to the point of crumbling when the key was removed. It's not available separately from the ~$40 pad, so I may make one from a polyurethane sheet.
