Posted:3/30/2015 15:38 I am in the process of trying to get what appears to be the original I-6 170cc engine running in my 1962 Ranchero. The fuel pump is bad and I went to auto parts store for replacement. The replacement pumps look substantially different than the one I am replacing (it also appears to be the original fule pump). Based of the VIN # the original engine was a Inline 6 cyclinder 170cc. Does anyone know what would be an appropriate replacement fuel pump? There appears to be 2 or 3 suggested pumps, if anyone has experience in replacement of this pump, please advise, THANKS! problem solved, no need to respond! edited 4/1/2015 15:51
