Noticed a slight displacement on the closed door frame of my 2000 Lincoln Town Car.

When the door is open, I can lift the from the outer edge.
The lift is about 1/2 inch.
This allows for an improver fit when the door is closed.

All bolts and nuts appear to be 13 mm.
I have tightened those that are accessible.

I can not see any other way to make door alignment adjustments.

The other 3 doors are tight fitting and have no " lift "...

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, this is an easy answer. The solution is that you need to replace the door hinge pins, as they are worn out. If you've never done this before, then head to a trusted mechanic, or body shop.
They can handle it easily, with the parts only being small change. Depending on who does it is where the cost comes in.
