Posted:7/21/2016 22:55 Can't find my other thread posted here so starting another. 1999 CV cranks but won't start. All fuses and relays good. Fuel pump does not come on when key is turned on, but works if jumped through relay. Everything works: lights, radio, fan, ect. ***When key is turned to start the Engine light does not come on**** ***When I hook up an OB tester it reads ERROR*** Inspected the wiring harness under bumper and looks good. Started when I sprayed starting fluid into intake.
