I have a 06 P71 4.6L Diablo sport tuned for 3.73 gears. Its also been J modded. The shifts sometimes are very harsh mostly from 1st to 2nd. More harsh than firm in my opinion is this normal. an what should I expect from a j modded tranny. I'm new to this j mod

Mlump, I'm def not expert but have witnessed riding before with car that had tranny with modded shift kit. They shift hard and fast and feels like the tires are going to rip the pavement sometimes.

The Jmod should be nice and firm, not really harsh.
Do you have the trans pressures changed with the tuner?
Do you have all the springs in the trans or did you take one or 2 out with the Jmod?
How is the fluid? Level?

really not sure about the trans pressures but its tuned by a diablo sport u7147. I will have to ask the original owner about what springs he removed.
