i hate to even start a comparison between amps, but seeing i have been doing car audio for a very long time , professionally...

...planet audio is nothing but a rebadged boss audio amp, boss is basically flea market, however they wanted a new reputation and boss wouldn't help the company expand, so marketing stradegy came into play and they created planet audio. so from their you can deduct an opinion. now remember, this is just my opinion, i am sure some people would swear buy them, or swear at them when they find out the truth behind them. my line of amps is phoenix gold. hand made in the usa (tantrum and titanium line) look at the tantrum 1200.1 it is a class t amp, that can put out easily 1500 watts of rms power. 3 year warranty also

Oops, found out that the input cables got squeezed under the backseat, and got into ground...
Destroyed my sub too, and didnīt get a dime on the warranty... But I fixed the amp and now it makes my 10"s move
