I NEED HELP!! i need to know what the ohm rating for an mid to late 80's ford altenator is, can someone please help me out here

Do you mean the AMP (ie: amperage output) rating?
If so, it will depend on the vehicle options, as the alternators were matched to a max power draw value for the entire system.

Hey nevermind i fixed it my self, i ended up taken two different altenators and combining them in to one complete fully funtional peice
