Just bought a travel trailer (26' tahoe ), going x country this summer and looking to get an exhaust brake system, Whats the best

I don't have any experience with it but I've heard good things about Western Diesel's exhaust brake. They are a reputable company and have great customer service.

What brand truck? Assuming the obvious, its a diesel. Ford already has a valve mounted in the exhaust that can be used as a exhaust brake. If you have a Dodge or GM you must use an aftermarket unit. Go to www.thedieselstop.com and in the forums there is a catagory for towing, do a search for exhaust brakes you will get your fill of info.
