Working with a 89 Bronco full size that has an intermittant miss, but at other times runs as if a new truck. I've gone thru every system but have failed to correct problem. I've done most of the top side work, but sent out the intake manifold replacement. That mechanic said the throttle body is warped and the injectors are leaking.

Questions, are the Ford throttle bodies subject to warping and what is the result, since it is bolted down with a gasket at the mating surface ? Also, if one or more injector is leaking, once the truck is started shouldn't it all even out ?

Been awhile since you posted, what did the fix do? I am having the same problems, was told it was the fuel rail (inner coating flaking and causing the injectors to clog).
