Hi all,

I have a 1999 Crown Vic LX with high emissions, I'm led to believe the car was for export to an Arabic county and they don't have all of the usual sensors such as oxygen sensors.

I understand the ecu controls the fuel mixture, is there any way of adjusting the mixture manually to bring down the emissions.
