Wow. I\\\\'ve read so many informative posts here. I got a fire under my ass; inherited my mom\\\\'s Grand Marquis and put police suspension on it. Handles way better; well, the way I like it -- tough. Now I\\\\'m thinking of installing a police transmission, and a 3:27 differential. Anyone have a suggestion about thick anti-sway bars with this set-up? My Marquis, at this point, seems a bit shy of a rock-solid ride. Although, what I\\\\'ve got now is still a grand improvement. 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis. Thanks a lot. |

Go to www.crownvic.net and www.p71interceptor.com for more info. ADDCO makes a good set of anti-sway bars front and rear that match (if not exceed) the control of the best factory set-ups. The transmission is merely a tune-up that they flash the PCM to allow quicker downshifts and upshifts, higher shift points, allow slightly higher idle speed, and higher top-end. Use a SCT X3 programmer for all that.
