I have an 2003 crown vic police that flash a code 19 on the airbag wanrning light at start, also the horn does not work nor the cruise control . Any input would be appreciated for what type of fault code this is. |

Sounds to me that the contact ring in the steering column went bad. Find yourself a good shop manual (Haynes) and replace it. Try www.RockAuto.com for ordering parts cheaply.

.PLANS:: engine upgrade, 5.4L 2v stroker, rebuild interior in leather w/ buckets, thinking about turbos
