Besides the steering wheel and controls, you will need the control module, the wiring, the vacuum canister (if required), cables, and mounting brackets. Search online for a diagram of all the parts and where they fit. Try www.FordParts.com to get a ballpark idea of the dealer costs, and a diagram of the parts involved. Also, look at www.crownvic.net to see what others have done here.
