Im from new york and I really wanna know if there is a chip in my 2006 police interceptor or if it is just the pcm that is programmed. I have been looking and i cant find anyone and if anyone could help please let me know i would like to get it tuned

I want to find the fleet tech that started this P71 chip myth. There's no chip in your panther, but if you want one go to Lonnie doll at blue oval chips he's your best bet.
