Please help-
I've replaced literally everything on my 89 XLT - AC system- except blower motor which works just fine all worked on by professionals including Ford Dealership! 2x's in last 6 weeks-last complete overhaul to tune of & $1156.84- I picked up on 9-28-14 - ran ice cold- til yesterday 10-1-14
Got on highway up to speed - turned to Max AC & nothing but hot air - pulled over & again clutch not turning on compressor!
All of events have been since converted from R12!
I'm desperate I've got nearly $2300 invested in this ordeal!
I'm a traveling QC & still have 800 miles to go to next project!
Just no idea of what or where to look next at finding root cause - each previous "Professional" has blamed previous for not doin this or that!

Again please help!
Thank you!
