I really dont want to buy another one, my question is can widen the opening in the control arm with a dremel just enough for it to press in, or with this cause me a *&*t storm of problems? |

Don't even try the Dremel. All you will do is to end up buying a new control arm and bearing. Go back to where you bought the bearing and talk to them. They should have a copy of your receipt on file.
If you bought it online, bite the billet and buy the correct bearing.
