Ironically I am looking for a picture of a motor with the vacuum lines connected. I have the diagram, but I am having trouble deciphering it.

Here is the Diagram that I have under the hood for a '83 Ford F350 with a >351< 5.8L M: Hope this helps you out.

Azcharlie - I'm not really sure where the specs i posted came from in my previous post (WHICH I HAVE NOW EDITED).

You and I should have the EXACT same motor. Haynes Manual for the Bronco covers the F150, F250, F350 trucks as well. Ford made the Bronco 351 under the hood the same as the F350 under the hood.

This is my mess: truck sat for 5 years, trans stuck in first, carbon locked engine - seized (wouldn't budge), burnt the starter.

I bought the truck couple of weeks ago and now have it running (pour gas down intake) runs nice. Installed new carb (not pictured) but still need to figure out the vacuum lines to get her to run CORRECTLY.

I'm setting/checking timing today to make sure it's 8° TDC (might bring it up to 10°, we'll see.

Let me know how it worked out for you. Hope the picture helped.

Does anyone still need a vacuum chart for the '81 FSB? I have one with an intact under the hood decal. I also have an '81 Shop manual.
