BRIAN REYNOLDS HERE,

I'm having a bit of a problem and need some help. I'm not getting any oil pressure readings. I talked to friend and he said clean out the sender connection port. I did that and before re-installing the sending unit I turned over the engine to make sure oil was coming out. Well it was and a lot of it. This told me the port was clear and I cold re-install the sending unit after, I cleaned up all the oil. Started the engine and the pressure needle jumped about halfway up on the dial and quickly back below zero. I then checked the auxiliary gas tank and watched the needle go past the full mark and it only had 5 gallons of gas. I think I have an electrical problem but don't know where to start looking. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
